      One of the best parts of my job is I get to read a lot of people’s thoughts on business. I’ve been reading a lot lately about how the most successful businesses have a loyal following of repeat customers. Not only do these customers keep coming back, they bring their friends with them when they do. Today, I wanted to share with you some of the best quotes I’ve heard about building a loyal customer following.
