When it comes to credit cards, the only thing better than low interest is no interest. While all credit cards have interest on charges if they’re not paid off in full during the month, some credit cards offer a grace period—an intro rate.

Not all cards are created equal. Some cards don’t have a grace period, others have one but for a short time, and then there are the cards that offer an intro rate so long you may not have to pay any interest until next year.

To find the credit card with the best intro rate, we evaluated many worthy cards. If you’re looking for a company that offers reputable intro rates for their cards, Bank of America is consistent. Their credit cards vary from 7 to 9 billing cycles with 0% introductory APR on purchases.

To get the longest possible intro rate from Bank of America, the Business Advantage Cash Rewards Mastercard Credit Card and the Business Advantage Travel Rewards World Mastercard Credit Card are suggested. Both cards offer an intro rate length of 9 billing cycles, as well as some nice perks in their respective cash and travel rewards categories.

While Bank of America offers favorable intro rates for their credit cards, there are individual cards from other companies that have better intro rates. American Express has a few cards that offer an intro rate of 12 billing cycles—namely their Blue Business Plus Credit Card and their Blue Business Cash Card

It’s actually the Blue Business Cash Card that earns our spot for the best intro rate credit card. Here’s why:

While the lengthy intro rate for The Blue Business Cash Card catches people’s attention, including ours, it’s a really well-rounded credit card. The variable APR is a respectable 14.99–20.99% based on creditworthiness, there’s no annual fee, and the cash back is a nice perk. Other than not having any sort of rewards bonus, there aren’t any obvious downsides to this card. If you own a business—particularly a small business—this credit card is a great financial weapon to have in your arsenal.
