MinuteBids Raises $300k 1 Year After Winning CrowdPitchMinuteBids won our CrowdPitch event in Minnesota last year, and they continue to grow and impress others.

MinuteBids allows commercial property managers and owners to get bids for their property maintenance needs. In the last year, it
signed more than 600 registered service providers that caught the attention of a lot of people.

Today, it was announced that the company closed on $300,000 of a $700,000 seed round according to SEC filings. The company recently added CEO Cory Factor, former CEO of DayPort, which he successfully negotiated a sale to Entriq. MinuteBids also added Lon Bencini as CMO.

The crowd was impressed by MinutePitch’s presentation to a panel of investors at last year’s CrowdPitch. Some of the feedback included

“Best four minute presentation I have seen!”
“Solid company model and solid idea.”
“Energetic and positive presentation.”

Good luck, and congratulations to MinuteBids!
