It’s no secret to anyone that credit is tight for the Main Street businesses you and I identify with. Today’s podcast is a discussion of the book, Getting a Business Loan: Financing Your Main Street Business. We’ll discuss many of the options a small business owner can employ to finance his or her business if the bank says no. We’ll talk about building a relationship with the banker, the SBA, merchant cash advance, ACH cashflow loans, equipment loans, and other non-traditional financing.

  1. hello! my name is John Loewe of Lions Crest Enterprise, LLC and I am in what seems like a futile attempt to attain funding. I found a great deal on a motel, established about 30 years ago with a NOI of appx. $160,000.00. a majority of its customers are long term stays. I am a veteran, a hard motivated worker, with a plethora of experience. what I do not have is hundreds of thousands laying around for down money.
Please, at your convenience, I am respectfully requesting a bit of your time for a chance to chat about my situation.
Thank you in advance for your valuable time.

Thanks

  4. I’m already registered with “Lendio” , and now I need to know what to do next. I’ve heard about ” crowdfunding “, but I do not understand how it works, or how to begin. For years I’ve been trying to start a “small trucking company”, and tried business plans, grants, and also grants.gov, and quite a few lending agencies and spent quite a lot of money, and now I”m just broke. How does anyone get a business started without capital to get stared? Big banks will not help so where does the average citizen go? I hope you can help me, because I’m about to just give up!
