Is that how it is for you? There's no question that we all work in a stressful world. In fact, the BBC reports that on Monday heart attacks increase by 20 percent. What's more, a bad boss increases your chance of a heart attack by about 30 percent. Needless to say, this isn't good for employees or small business.
