The more valuable your employee is, the more you need to let him know you care about him on a personal level.

On the other end of the spectrum, one of the most appreciated benefits is flexible working time. If your business is something where achieving goals do not necessarily require the physical presence of your employees at specific times, offer flexible work schedules.
