BBC Easy’s Corey Ross talks about the state of community banking and why it’s important to small business owners all across the country. Even though community banks are consolidating branches, there are still lots of options for small business owners looking for a loan.

Our relationship with our banker is likely going to change over the coming years, but Ross feels like this is a good thing. Technology is going to make it easier and more convenient to interact with the bank as banking becomes more about what you do and less about where you go.

You’ll also want to join Corey this coming Friday for our live Twitter chat. Check it out at #businessfuel—Noon CST.
