Ebonii is an award-winning fifteen-year serial entrepreneur with a background in branding, marketing, business development and culture improvement. As the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of the Brand Therapy Team, a boutique brand development firm, Ebonii is obsessed with partnering with her clients to build brands that are trusted, respected, and remembered. As a result of what she does her clients discover and tell their best stories. They find ideas, solutions and “no box” strategies that significantly impact the brand, culture, and growth of their business. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in executive healthcare administration at the University of Colorado Denver – Business School. In her free time Ebonii can be found volunteering her time through nonprofit work that focuses on impacting and engaging our most vulnerable community members. As a mother of two boys (AJ 19, Jayden 12), she is determined that her boys see her engaged in the daily balance of work, family, and community. She measures her accomplishments by how much her work and life positively impact others. Collaboration, consistency, and excellence are at the heart of all that she does for her clients.
