They don’t call it Music City for nothing. Nashville is home to more than 180 recording studios, 5,000 working musicians, the Grand Ole Opry, the famous Bluebird Cafe, and a world-class symphony that’s won seven GRAMMY awards. Forbes says Nashville is one of the best cities in America to grow and prosper, and our local small business owners know it’s the truth. With a rich history, hearty economy, and lively community, Nashville doesn’t miss a beat. And now that Lendio is bringing small business financing to Nashville, our city has even more opportunity to thrive – the future is solid gold.
Get to Know Your Local Lendio Heroes
Joe and his family first visited Nashville in 2006, fell in love with the city, and ultimately made it their home. Their path to Music City was an exciting one. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a degree in Business Management, he and his wife Robyn moved to Orange County, CA to begin a 12-year career with a global leader in financial services. From the start of his career, he’s worked directly with small businesses, assisting them in making their visions a reality.
Over the years Joe has held multiple roles within financial services, from analyst to Senior Vice President, all of which have been closely tied to his local community. From California, to Utah, and to Nashville Tennessee, he’s a firm believer that understanding your clients and knowing (and experiencing!) the local market conditions they’re facing is critically important in helping them succeed. Since obtaining his MBA from Vanderbilt, he’s sought opportunities to play a larger role in the exciting growth within the city of Nashville. He’s excited to partner with Lendio in helping the thousands of small businesses in the area fuel their American dream.
Joe and Robyn have five fantastic children – Parker (11), Avery (9), Lily (7), Londyn (4), and Paxman (2). He loves to bicycle on the beautiful country roads of Middle Tennessee and go on family hikes to explore the natural beauty of this great state. In addition to his love for the BYU Cougars, he has a lot of black and gold pride and enjoys cheering on the Vanderbilt Commodores as well as the Smashville Preds and the Titans. What he loves most about Nashville (aside from the second-to-none live music offering!) is that good ol’ fashion southern hospitality which has remained alive and well even during the tremendous growth in recent years. It’s a great place to live and raise a family!Meet Joe Gadd
