Lendio’s Customer Service Team Recognized for Excellence in Customer Communication & Reviews
SILICON SLOPES, Utah – May 3, 2019 – Lendio was recently recognized in The 17th Annual American Business Awards as Customer Service Team of the Year – Financial Services. Lendio will be presented with a Gold Stevie Award on Tuesday, June 11 at a ceremony in New York City.
More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Lendio’s customer service team is recognized for scaling its program and as a result, dramatically expanding Lendio’s customer base. In order to reach this goal, the team focused on three key areas: increasing chats with customers, increasing call volume and improving customer service ratings. As a result, Lendio customer service increased chat volume by 1164% and earned nearly 800 positive customer reviews in 2018.
More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. According to the judges, Lendio’s customer service team demonstrated an “immediate ability to connect live with customers or prospective customers,” and Lendio’s efforts are “a great step towards building a customer service culture that will continue to benefit the organization.”
