Lenders can now move deals seamlessly from “closing” to “funded” by submitting a borrower’s signed contract terms directly with Lendio. Whether you’re working in an API integration or entering details manually through the portal, finalizing deals is easier than ever.
API Endpoint
The new Signed Contract Terms API endpoint allows you to automate submission as part of your existing funding workflow, so closing a deal in Lendio fits naturally into how your team already operates. This automation ensures your records are accurate and up to date.
Lendio Portal
If you don’t have an API integration set up, or prefer to work in the portal, you can now submit Signed Contract Terms directly through the the deal's "Details" or "Offers" tab.
What's new with Signed Contract Terms:
- Signed Contract Terms API endpoint: Lenders with an API integration can connect to the new “Signed Contract Terms” endpoint to automate submission. Lendio will then automatically match any submitted signed contract terms with corresponding accepted offers on file, and classify the deal as “funded.”
- Submit directly in the Lendio portal: For individual deals, you can also submit signed contract terms from the deal's "Details" or "Offers" tab in the Lendio portal. Simply fill out the terms form, attach a copy of the signed contract, and submit.
- Post-close amendments: If terms change after a deal has been funded, submit an amendment to update the record.
Signed Contract Terms gives lenders a reliable way to document every close and keep deal records accurate from day one. To get started with API, or to learn more about this process, please reach out to your Lendio contact.
