John has been hard at work helping new businesses launch and grow over the past few years as a senior consultant for the local Small Business Development Center. He is excited to become the new franchise owner of Lendio Erie. Last year alone, John assisted hundreds of local businesses get started and expand; and he helped secure nearly $4 million in capital funding for his clients.
John is also an entrepreneur himself and knows what the small business owner goes through on a daily basis. He has launched and operated numerous businesses of his own, including a consulting firm, a publishing company, a retail store and a cafe. In these ventures, he has gained broad expertise in practically all areas of business from human resources to sales; from logistics to finance; from customer service to operations. What’s more, he has developed an extensive network of economic development contacts in the region and can be a valuable resource to your company. He is excited to bring his over twenty years of experience to the Lendio team and to continue assisting local businesses secure the financing that they need.
John has an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and a Master’s from Gannon University. He lives with his wife, Jessica, and their children (and two dogs and two cats) at Canadohta Lake. Jess has a long career in banking, retail and restaurants and will be assisting John with the operation of the franchise, as well. When they are not working, John and Jess have enjoyed spending time with their kids, going out to eat, and traveling.Meet John Fee
