Sam Foreman grew up around entrepreneurs his entire life, having come from a family where his father and grandfathers owned their own business. He received a B.A in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a focus on finance. Sam’s career started as a business banker and commercial lender at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh. He moved to Phoenix in 2006 where he worked at Wells Fargo Bank and Mutual of Omaha Bank specializing in providing commercial credit to small and medium-sized companies.
In 2013, Sam left banking and became the President of a 20-office dental group in Phoenix which employed over 150 employees. After successfully working with ownership in growing the business, ownership decided to sell the majority of the business to a large national dental group. Sam led the due diligence, sale process, and all other aspects of the sale.
Following the sale, Sam turned to entrepreneurship and partnered to acquire 4 dental offices in the Phoenix Metro area that he continues to be an active partner in. In addition to growing and operating his dental practices, Sam has spent the last 2 years providing strategic, accounting, and finance consulting advisory services. As an entrepreneur himself, Sam understands the importance of key advisors to businesses and the importance of financial capital to help grow ones’ business and prosper. Having been out of banking for 5 years, Sam is very excited to be back into the world of financing for small and medium-sized companies.
When he is not at work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and playing golf all over the beautiful state of Arizona. Sam is actively involved with Junior Achievement and teaches a 6-week class every year to elementary school students on the importance of business in our lives. Additionally, Sam has spent time as an Adjunct Professor in Finance for undergraduate students at the University of Phoenix Campus.
