Sam Foreman grew up around entrepreneurs his entire life. He received a B.A in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on finance. Sam’s career started as a business banker and commercial lender at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh. He moved to Phoenix where he worked at Wells Fargo Bank and Mutual of Omaha Bank specializing in providing commercial credit to small and medium-sized companies.
In 2013, Sam left banking and became the President of a 20-office dental group. After successfully working with ownership in growing the business, ownership decided to sell the majority of the business to a large national dental group. Sam led the due diligence, sale process, and all other aspects of the sale.
Following the sale, Sam partnered to acquire 4 dental offices in the Phoenix Metro area that he continues to be an active partner in. In addition to growing and operating his dental practices, Sam has spent the last 2 years providing strategic, accounting, and finance consulting advisory services. Having been out of banking for 5 years, Sam is very excited to be back into the world of financing for small and medium-sized companies.
