Lendio Accelerates Platform Transformation, Appoints Pam Parker to Board of Directors
LEHI, UT – Sept 2,2026 – Lendio, the AI-driven origination platform powering the end-to-end lending journey for lenders and companies serving small businesses, announces the appointment of former Fortune 500 executive Pam Parker to its Board of Directors. Parker will also join the company's audit and compensation committees, bringing financially disciplined, client-focused insight to the board.
As the largest platform for small business lending in the United States, with over $17 billion funded, Lendio matches businesses with financing across more than 10 loan types sourced from over 100 integrated lenders. Its fast-growing embedded lending solution lets SMB platforms and lenders embed Lendio’s marketplace directly into their own products, meeting small businesses’ need for capital where they already do business, while deepening customer loyalty and lifetime value for Lendio’s partners.
“We’re seeing remarkable traction empowering SMB platforms and lenders to address small business owners’ most pressing need — access to capital — by bringing financing directly into their platforms’ native experience,” said Brock Blake, CEO and Co-Founder of Lendio. “As we embark on our next phase of growth, we’re delighted to welcome Pam to our board, whose experience is invaluable in shaping and scaling Lendio’s embedded footprint.”
Parker is an independent board director and former President and GM with decades of expertise in SaaS platform growth, financial services, and payments technology. She most recently served as an independent board director at TouchBistro, a tech-enabled restaurant management and payments company.
Earlier in her career, Parker spent nearly a decade at First Data, a Fortune 500 company that became Fiserv during her tenure, most recently serving as President of Bill Payment Solutions. She previously served as SVP & General Manager, PNC Merchant Services; SVP, SMB Client Management & Client Experience; and SVP, Head of Product Commercialization & Client Experience. In prior roles, she led a RegTech PE portfolio company and served as Managing Director, Head of Banking Product & Platform at JPMorgan. Parker holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Parker’s experience as a strong operating leader, accelerating business growth, modernizing technology, and improving P&L performance in B2B businesses across SMB and mid-market will strengthen the board’s ability to guide Lendio’s next phase of growth and technology innovation.
“I’m honored to join Lendio’s board as the company reaches a meaningful inflection point in its platform transformation, extending the power of its industry-leading marketplace business as an embedded solution,” said Parker. “I have a strong appreciation for Lendio’s offerings and AI innovation, and I look forward to helping the company build on that momentum and accelerate its growth.”
