LENDIO FEEDBACK  INTERVIEW INCENTIVE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ELIGIBILITY: 

This opportunity to participate in a process wherein you will provide feedback to Lendio on certain topics via providing a video response to questions provided by Lendio through Zoom service (“Interview”) (together the Survey and the Interview are referred to as the “Offering”). The Offering is open only to Qualifying Entrants. A Qualifying Entrant meets all of the following criteria: (1) an individual who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, (2) schedules a 30 minute interview through a Calendly link (3) completes 30 minute interview through Zoom with application feedback (4) has downloaded the Lendio mobile app (5) has completed the Lendio app on boarding process which includes linking a bank account or accounting software, and (6) who dresses and presents themselves professionally. Indecent, inappropriate, or unprofessional attire or backgrounds will cause the entry to not qualify for Gift Card. By participating in the Offering as described in these terms and conditions (the “Offering Terms“), You represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age at the time of purchase and otherwise fully agree and comply with these Interview Terms.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT CARD: Starting November 28, 2022, any individual who receives a message from Lendio notifying them of their eligibility to participate in the Offering is eligible to receive the free gift card so long as they complete the Offering on or before January 28, 2023, or after twenty gift cards are provided, whichever occurs first.

To receive a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $50.00, You must schedule an interview through a Calendly link, complete the scheduled interview through Zoom with application feedback, have downloaded the Lendio mobile app and completed on boarding process which includes linking a bank account or accounting software This recorded interview will take 30 minutes. Lendio reserves the right to not pay out a gift card for incomplete, or short answers.. Please provide this information in the Zoom interview, however, Lendio reserves the right to request this information if it is not provided in the Zoom interview, and may withhold the gift card until this information is provided.

Within ten (10) days of completion of the transaction, Lendio will send to the email associated with your account a method by which you can claim a Visa gift card in the amount of $100.00 USD (the “Gift Card”). In its sole discretion, Lendio may alter the method of delivery on a case-by-case basis. Lendio is not responsible for any inability to access the Promotion or claim a Gift Card due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. RESTRICTIONS AND AVAILABILITY: The Gift Card is provided only to those individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. Limit (1) one Gift Card per individual. Gift cards available to the first twenty (20) eligible individuals. Total prize pool is two thousand dollars ($2,000) USD paid out in one hundred dollar ($100) USD increments.

Any attempt to deliberately damage Lendio’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of U.S. criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from the Promotion. Should such an attempt be made, Lendio reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuing criminal prosecution.

Photo/Video Release: By participating in the Lendio Feedback Interview, I hereby authorize Lendio, Inc. (“Lendio”), and those acting pursuant to its authority to: (i) record my image, likeness and/or voice on a video, audio, photographic, digital, electronic, or any other medium (together “recordings”); (ii) use my name, video and audio recordings of me, and biographical material in connection with such recordings; and (iii) take, edit, alter, copy, enhance, crop, exhibit, publish distribute, and make use of any and all recordings taken of me to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials in any medium (e.g. print publications, video, internet, etc.) for promotional, advertising, education, and/or other lawful purposes. This authorization also covers any and all recordings provided by me to Lendio. I hereby release and hold harmless Lendio from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the recordings.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy. I release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses, including any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I release Lendio, its contractors, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation including without limitation any claims related to blurring distortion, alteration, optical illusion, digital alteration, use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, or use of a fictitious name, that may occur do to processing, publication or dissemination of the image, likeness or voice I understand and agree that all such recordings shall remain the property of Lendio. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older.

DISCLAIMER: GIFTS CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT FURTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LENDIO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between participant and Lendio, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Utah and participant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Utah with respect to any such dispute, cause of action, or other matter. All disputes will be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Utah (without regard for its conflicts-of-laws principles). Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby irrevocably waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs incurred directly in connection with participant’s participation in the Promotion), and participant further irrevocably waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased, if any. EACH PARTY EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
