I’ve always been a big fan of simple solutions for complex problems. In fact, I believe that most of the time the simplest solution is usually the best solution. However it seems like there are so many distractions and a desire to make things more complex. May describes some easy-to-understand approaches that will help you simplify your approach to the market to strengthen your brand and create a stronger competitive position in the market.One of the biggest take aways for me is the idea of productively doing “nothing.” Since talking with Matthew, I’ve been experimenting with this and I’m convinced this idea has made me more productive.
