What’s required to apply?

To apply for the FFCRA, you will need….

1. Confirm the dates that you were sick between the dates March 2020- September 2021
   1. (This is important to have in case of an audit or if additional documentation is required)
2. Apply using your tax document from 2020 or 2021, typically a Schedule SE or 1040 form. (View full list of all accepted forms)
3. Have filed as a sole prop, single member LLC, or LLP and paid yourself as self-employed
