Born and raised in Cuba, Ken studied to be an accountant and then a Software Engineer until his 4th year at the University of Havana, at which point he came to Miami. He started working in banking while learning English and studying from 2010 to 2017. He graduated in 2015 from Miami Dade College with a BA in Supervision and Management and then pursued and completed his MBA in Business and Finances at Nova Southeastern University in 2017. Ken went from working as a teller to running a branch and later served as a financial analyst at an accounting firm. After that, he became an Aircraft Broker in his first company, KW Aeronautics. He noticed friends coming to him for help growing their businesses, at which point he created Alda Group, a consulting firm. His business continued to grow, which led to the eventual development of a marketing firm partnered with an accounting firm and an insurance firm. The only partnership missing was trusted access to capital for his clients, so Ken purchased a Lendio franchise. In his free time, he loves traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new cultures. He has a 5yo son, Daniel, who is his life, and his two brothers, Yohandry and Oscar, are his mentors.
