Navin's extensive career includes experience in commercial real estate, E-commerce, fleet operations, food franchises, healthcare management, retail stores, telecommunications, venture capital investing, and work with a consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. In these ventures, Navin has gained broad expertise in practically all areas of business from human resources to sales; from logistics to finance; and from customer service to operations. In 2003, his business leadership has been recognized by the India Times for owning the fastest growing Indo-American Company. That same year, Security Systems News, a leading publication for security system integrators and installers, honored Navin as the nation's top 20 security professionals under the age of 40. Over the past twenty years, Navin has personally obtained over 100 loans and has experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to fund a small business. Navin is passionately driven to utilize his expertise in lending to help small business entrepreneurs and owners succeed, by helping them obtain the funding necessary to grow. Navin has developed an extensive network of economic development contacts in the region and has proven to be a valuable resource to many in the business community. When Navin is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two young children, enjoying local entertainment, dining with friends and family, traveling to beaches, and reading.
